B'nai Tikvah offers a variety of youth programming geared toward all ages. Our youngest group,
Makor (3rd-5th Grades), participates in programs about twice a month, ranging from Apple-Picking trips to Indoor Water parks to anything else you can imagine! Our middle group, Kadima (6th-8th Grades), is the B'nai Tikvah chapter of the National United Synagogue Youth Group, Kadima. Kadima members have the opportunity to plan their own programs as well as attend regional conventions and shabbatonim with Kadimaniks from around CHUSY Region, which encompasses Chicagoland and Wisconsin.
USY (9th-12th Grades) is the B'nai Tikvah Chapter of United Synagogue Youth (USY). BTUSY has regular programs both in the synagogue as well as throughout Chicagoland. There are numerous conventions and shabbatonim throughout the year. The programs for BTUSY are planned by its participant Executive Board and can range from a night buying food for the less fortunate to an evening playing Whirlyball to all kinds of other great events.
